Examine the operating environment

The review follows infrastructure, identity, data, AI and the ability to change suppliers or bring operations in-house. We distinguish observed behavior from interviews, documents and assumptions. Findings identify dependencies, uncertainty, accountable roles and acceptance conditions.

Keep a usable recommendation

You receive a current-state inventory, workflow baseline, evidence-linked findings and a sequenced roadmap. The first proposed phase has an owner and a useful result. Completion means another team can act on the materials without repeating the investigation.

The first step asks about the decision, environment and timing. Scope, schedule and fee are confirmed after the fit review. Public intake needs only enough context to assess fit; sensitive evidence belongs in the agreed onboarding channel.
