This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Wilkes & Liberty, LLC (“Wilkes & Liberty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with wilkesliberty.com (the “Site”).
This Policy applies to the public Site. It does not replace a written professional-services engagement or statement of work. If this Policy and our Terms of Service conflict on personal information, this Policy controls.
By using the Site, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Wilkes & Liberty, LLC is a Florida limited liability company. We provide professional services and deployable platforms for government and commercial clients. We do not sell platform seats. We do not offer self-serve signup.

2. Scope
This Policy covers personal information we collect through the Site, including public forms, account request, sign-in, career applications, and limited technical data created when you use the Site.
This Policy does not cover:
- information processed under a separate written engagement, except to the extent that information is also submitted on the public Site;
- sites we do not operate, even if the Site links to them;
- information you choose to post in a public forum, if we later provide one.
Do not submit credentials, secrets, classified information, or other regulated data through a public form.
3. Information we collect
We collect the information you submit and limited technical information needed to operate the Site.
3.1 Information you provide
Contact (/contact). First name, last name, business email, phone, job title, company or organization, country, subject, message, and a required privacy consent.
Open a ticket (/ticket). First name, last name, business email, company or organization, optional phone and job title, summary, problem, systems involved, impact, urgency, optional constraints, optional desired outcome, whether you are an existing client, and required permission to respond.
Account request (/login/request). First name, last name, business email, phone, job title, company or organization, country, why you need an account, required privacy consent, required Terms consent, and an optional updates checkbox.
Readiness assessment (/readiness-assessment). Qualifier answers, first name, last name, business email, job title, optional phone, required privacy consent, and an optional readiness-updates checkbox.
Career apply (/careers/apply). First name, last name, email, phone, location, citizenship answers, the role, proof-of-work links, a résumé as a URL or a file, an optional message, and required privacy consent. If you upload a résumé, the file is malware-scanned before we accept it.
Login (/login). Work email only. We check whether that address already has an account. If it does not, we send you to request an account.
We do not collect payment-card data on the Site.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, our systems may record limited technical data such as browser type, general device information, referring URL, pages viewed, dates and times of access, and similar log data. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. The Site uses cookies needed to run a session and keep the Site secure. It may use cookies for aggregated analytics. It may remember a preference such as theme.
3.3 Information we do not seek
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not collect payment-card numbers on the Site. We do not ask you to send passwords or secrets through a public form.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and messages;
- assess readiness and follow up when you ask us to;
- file and handle a ticket;
- review an account request and operate an account we grant;
- evaluate a career application and related hiring steps;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect the Site, our clients, and other people.
Contact submissions are not a marketing list. We do not use Contact submissions for unsolicited marketing. Optional updates appear only on account request and the readiness qualifier. You may leave those boxes unchecked.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as follows.
Service providers. We use service providers who process data on our instructions, including an email provider that may send form-notification messages and hosting providers that may process technical data. They are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or government request, or is reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our rights, or the safety of any person.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, or transfer of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor notice.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
6. Retention
We keep personal information as long as we need it to provide the response or process you requested, to operate the Site, to meet legal or recordkeeping duties, and to resolve disputes. We delete or de-identify information when we no longer need it for those purposes.
We do not publish a fixed retention period.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
You may:
- leave optional updates unchecked;
- stop optional updates by writing to privacy@wilkesliberty.com;
- ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to the same address.
We will respond to a verified request. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. We may retain information as required by law or as needed to complete a transaction you asked for.
9. Age
The Site is for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a person under 18, write to privacy@wilkesliberty.com and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Location and transfers
Wilkes & Liberty is organized in Florida and operates the Site from the United States. If you access the Site from another country, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where the law may differ from the law of your country.
We have not appointed a representative outside the United States and we do not claim a separate cross-border transfer program on this page.
11. Florida
This Policy is written for Wilkes & Liberty, LLC under Florida law. We do not claim extra Florida statutory privacy rights beyond the choices and requests in this Policy.
12. Third-party sites
The Site may link to sites we do not operate. Their privacy practices govern information you give them. This Policy does not apply to those sites.
13. Changes
We may revise this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change is your acceptance of the revised Policy.
