Engineering on Demand
Add an engineer, specialist judgment or sustained operating coverage around the work your team needs to complete. You retain the systems, backlog and acceptance authority.
Define the capacity you need
The agreement names the role mix, availability, response expectations and work boundary. Capacity can be fractional, full-time, embedded with your team or reserved in a support arrangement, before or after go-live.
Keep priorities and responsibility visible
Your team sets priorities and approves access. We establish intake, working cadence, escalation and a definition of completed work. Engineering, quality, security, technical writing and delivery roles are selected for the actual backlog.
Build continuity into the work
Accepted items include verification and documentation. Runbooks, decisions and operating knowledge remain current so a personnel change does not erase the context. Reviews track capacity and response against the agreed commitments, with a usable handover record.
