Founder and Principal Engineer

Jeremy Michael Cerda is the founder and principal engineer of Wilkes & Liberty. He has spent more than eighteen years designing and operating secure web platforms for federal and regulated organization. He contributed to pandemicoversight.gov and worked on multi-agency platforms across the federal oversight community — among them USPS OIG, CIGIE, DOJ, NSF, HHS/CMS, OPM and EPA. He authors open-source tooling for governed AI-agent access to Drupal and leads Wilkes & Liberty on the sovereign architecture the firm delivers.
